Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and the nature of your move. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of non-compliance with our policies or safety concerns.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance, either via our website, phone, or official WhatsApp number. A booking is considered confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation or receipt. We advise clients to verify all details, including date, time, pickup and drop locations, and inventory list before finalizing the service.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay the agreed amount either before or upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, net banking, or other modes specified on our website. APL Packers Movers Kolkata reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Insurance and Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your goods, we recommend availing insurance for high-value or fragile items. APL Packers Movers Kolkata is not liable for damage or loss caused due to natural disasters, riots, accidents, or poor road conditions. Our liability is limited to the value declared and covered under transit insurance, if opted.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including size, quantity, and special handling needs. It is also the client’s duty to ensure that all items are properly packed, labeled, and accessible on the day of the move. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate addresses, lack of access, or unavailability at the destination.

6. Prohibited Items

Clients are strictly prohibited from including hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal substances, or perishable goods in the consignment. APL Packers Movers Kolkata holds no responsibility for any legal action or damage resulting from the transportation of such items.

7. Amendments and Cancellations

Changes to bookings such as rescheduling, address modifications, or changes in inventory must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes are subject to additional charges. Cancellation requests must also be submitted at least 24 hours before the move to avoid penalties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, service descriptions, and images, is the intellectual property of APL Packers Movers Kolkata. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata.
